Q: What are your plans for the holiday break this year?
A: Last year I just hung out with friends and visited some of my family members in Pennsylvania and Maryland. This year a close friend of mine from Florida is coming to visit me over the break, so I’m going to be spending most of my time with her by showing her around New York and catching up.
Q: Who are you planning to spend the holidays with?
A: I spend the holiday with family and friends.
Q: How does your family traditionally celebrate the holidays?
A: My family and I like to take a short “road-trip” and drive to Maryland and Pennsylvania to visit relatives and family friends. We like to spend the holidays with them.

Q: How does your family traditionally celebrate the holidays?
A: We celebrate both Christmas and Chanukah because my dad is Catholic and my mom is Jewish. We sort of celebrate everything; we don’t just have one tradition. If we don’t go away during break, we usually go to my grandma’s house.

A: It’s going to be a big reunion for all of my family members, but most importantly, we will be able to visit my great aunt, who lives there.

A: This is our second time spending Christmas in Costa Rica. My favorite memory is building a giant Christmas tree out of sand with my younger cousins. That’s definitely something we’ll be doing again this year.
