Madeleine Lennox, Editor-in-Chief
Madeleine Lennox is a senior at South High School and Editor-in-Chief of The Southerner with Lana. She hopes to resume analyzing relevant issues and events for the school, and to continue helping to steward the paper during her third year. Outside of school, she is an avid crocheter, painter, and reader. She is co-President of the History Club, an Editor for Exit 33, and co-President of the Art Club.
Annie Yao, Editor-in-Chief
Ann “Annie” Yao is a senior and the editor-in-chief of The Southerner. Since joining as a junior, she has written articles and created spreads around cultural impacts, community cohesion, and student voice. Outside of the paper, Annie hopes to do the yearbook justice as editor-in-chief, and supports sustainable gardening as co-president of AREA-C and TUGI. She can usually be found in the art room, jamming to music and chatting with friends.
