Olivia Gu, Features Editor
Olivia Gu is a junior at GNSHS and is the Features editor for The Southerner. Olivia has written for the paper for two years, and has been in the journalism class for three years. She enjoys highlighting school events and new perspectives by writing across all sections this year! She is also co-president of the Class of 2026 planning, principal clarinetist of the Wind Ensemble, and co-founder of the non-profit, Woodwind Melodies. Outside the newsroom, you can find Olivia taking trips to the city, practicing clarinet, and watching criminal law TV shows, such as Law and Order SVU.
