Ivy Lin is a senior at Great Neck South High School and serves as the Opinions Editor for The Southerner. Now in her second year of journalism, she enjoys writing and exploring new angles—much like the crime mysteries she loves to read. Outside the newsroom, Ivy is involved in DECA, plays guitar, and is an avid Shark Tank fan. She also curates a growing CD collection and delights in sharing standout movie and music recommendations.
